I admit that my sleepwear attire isn’t the best. In fact, it could land me on a couple of Worst Dressed Lists. What? I’m just sleeping!
So, Santa, if you’re reading this, please help a girl out with some new women’s sleepwear, like this Make + Model Stripe Henley Women’s Pajama. It looks cute, comfy, and a little sexy, too. It’s only $44, and not only can I wear it to bed, but I can spend the entire day lounging around the house in it…without my family complaining how frumpy I look. In gray, please!

Can we talk about love at first sight for a minute? Yes, when my daughter was born, but also when I saw these Tory Burch booties for the first time. I actually saw them in an ad and I had to know where I could get them.
Turns out they’re Tory Burch, way out of my budget, but the object of my desire nonetheless. Aren’t they just the perfect New Year’s Eve shoes? And then I could wear them all through 2011 to add a flash to any ordinary outfit. I am obsessed. I love them.
So Santa (or mom, dad, fairy godmother, anyone who’s reading), I know you’re just about done taking orders this year, but please, I would love these. And hey, Saks is offering free express shipping so if you put in the order soon I’ll get them in time for Christmas.

I’m sure by now, you’ve all heard of TOMS shoes (and if you haven’t, what rock are you hiding under?!). Tom’s motto is “One for One,” so for every pair of shoes you buy, he’ll donate a pair to a child in need. It’s like killing two birds with one stone–getting a great pair of shoes for yourself and donating to a really good cause.

My everyday watch is about three years old, costs under $30, and is from Target. What can I say? It still works and I don’t have to worry about getting it wet or grimy, caked in sand or play dough, you get the picture.
But for all those times when I’m not in full-on mommy mode, when I don’t have to be so practical, I would love a new women’s watch like this chronograph watch from Michael Kors.
It’s fancy without being too fancy, and the rectangular face makes it look fresh and modern. And at $250, it’s not crazy expensive, Santa, and it ships for free.

I know these days you can find wine everywhere. Not only is it at all the specialty shops and liquor stores, but here in Virginia I can even get some at the grocery store, Walmart and Target. Even my local 7-11 carries some “will-work-in-emergency” vintages.
But my problem isn’t finding good wine, it’s branching out. I’m so afraid to spend $12 to $15 on something I might not like when I know there are lots of $9 ones I do.
So a wine club membership is a great gift for people like me. Not only are the wines carefully selected and guaranteed to be a good value, they’re shipped right to your door so you’re not unfairly influenced by the looks of a cute vineyard name or the quirky font on the label.
