Can You Tell Which Pair of Skinny Cargo Pants Are J Brand?

Okay here are your options:

If you picked the second pair then you guessed correctly. But they’re basically identical, right? I actually like the top ones better and not just because they are $200–yes, $200!!–less than the J Brand maternity pants.

Now granted, tons of celebrities love J Brand’s Houlihan skinny cargo pants–Rihanna, Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria Parker, the list goes on. If you’re not making celebrity cash, though, we recommend the first pair for $50 and so do other moms-to-be. The $50 skinny cargo maternity pants were given 4 out of 5 stars by satisfied owners.

Jeggings: If You Won’t Wear Them, Get Your Daughter A Pair

Jeggings, also known as denim leggings, have been everywhere recently. Good Morning America did a whole segment on them yesterday and it seems like every store is doing an ad campaign around them.

I’ve always been wary about leggings–especially denim leggings–because I’m not a supermodel. I need something to hold in those less-than-tone parts of my body. But I was feeling brave yesterday and decided to go to the Gap and see if I could pull them off. Well, I can’t. I normally feel fine about my body, but in those jeggings I felt horrible–fat, disproportionate, oddly-shaped, the list goes on.

Needless to say, I didn’t buy a pair for myself, but I did get my daughter a pair. She has adorable little skinny legs and I think she’ll look super cute in jeggings. If you, like me, will not be wearing jeggings any time soon, check out these cute jeggings for baby girls and toddlers instead.
