No, seriously: today is National Lazy Moms day. Kind of awesome, huh? So back away from that sink full of dishes, don’t even think about going to the laundry room and plant yourself comfortably on the couch. Today is your day to kick back and relax.
All of us here at MomFinds.com are (obviously) celebrating this amazing holiday. Here’s how:

I (Jeanine) have been coveting this pair of UGG clog boots ($180) and today I am treating myself to them. Shopping online is my favorite lazy day activity, so why not?

Courtenay is on her way to Jackson Hole for a mini-reunion with a few of her college friends, so she’ll be getting shorts spurts of sleep–sleep mask ($7) definitely necessary–on the three flights she’s taking today.

Elizabeth is currently on a roadtrip with her children and her husband to Michigan. She stayed in a Ramada last night, so I’m guessing some yummy (strong) coffee ($11) is on the menu for this morning.

And from Farah : “After dinner, instead of clearing the table and doing the dishes, I’m going to sneak upstairs and slather on my Bliss hand cream and throw on the gloves that go with it. Sorry, can’t do the dishes. My hands are tied.” Love it!
What are you doing to celebrate National Lazy Moms Day? Hey, take advantage–we’ve earned it!
If you don’t have plans, treat yourself to some personalized jewelry for moms.

I read tons on the Web every day, but one blog I read religiously is Momtrends. Nicole is the founder of the site and thanks to her experience as an executive at Ralph Lauren, she has an amazing eye for trends and awesome products. In addition to scouting the market for the next big thing, Nicole is also the mom of two little girls. Wondering how she stays so fashionable with all she has going on? Here are her mommy must-haves.

1. MacBook Air. “It’s lightweight and sleek and keeps me connected from drop-off until pick-up. I always keep it tucked into my bag or backpack.”

2. Tory Burch totes. “Tory’s bags are professional on the outside with a whole lot of fashion, yet inside there’s space for all a modern mom’s needs–hand wipes, snacks, SillyBandz. You never know what I have tucked inside.”

3. Shisiedo Eyelash Curler. “I swipe some dark brown mascara before curling and I am out the door looking wide awake (relatively).”

4. J Brand pants. “Mom jeans are so over. Jeans are a part of my uniform, so I invest in pairs that have an outstanding fit. For summer you’ll find me in J Brand Houlihans.”

5. Zara tees. “While I spend money on bottoms that fit well, most of my tops are inexpensive and colorful. I rely on Zara to supply these. The Spanish company is priced like Target, but has a Euro flair. I can find tees for $10 and up.”
Be sure to check out momtrends.blogspot.com for more of Nicole’s favorite things. Plus, follow her on Twitter @Momtrends.

If there’s one newsletter (besides ours, of course) that every mom should be signed up to receive, it’s Stroller Traffic. Tara Mandy–mom to 3-year-old Greta and another baby in August–is the brains behind the awesome newsletter and she’s a genius. No really, she is. She finds things even we don’t find and that’s really impressive considering all we do all day is look for stuff.
So how did she get so smart? Well, she spent 10 years as an editor at New York magazine. She always knew in the back of her mind that she’d shift her focus to parenting topics when she became a mom and that’s how the Stroller Traffic newsletter was born.
Between her adorable daughter, another baby on the way and her wildly popular newsletter, seems like Tara has a lot to juggle, right? We’re always curious what other multi-tasking mamas can’t live without, so we asked her. Here’s Tara’s must list:

Amy’s Organic. “My daughter loves the pot pies; I love the pizzas. They’re healthy and yummy, and such a lifesaver when we’re running late for dinner or when the fridge isn’t as well-stocked as it ought to be (which, shamefully, is fairly often).”
Lanvin Ballet Flats. “My go-to shoes when I need comfort but want style. There are many days when I need to go from the playground to a meeting, and don’t have time for a wardrobe change.”
Good Nite Lite. “I’ve got an early riser on my hands, and if it weren’t for the fact that she knows she needs to wait until “the sun turns yellow” to call me, I’d be up playing dress-up at 5:45 every morning.”
Angel Dear blankies. “We’ve got more than a dozen of these, stashed around the apartment, at our beach house, in the car (for road trip naps), in the diaper bag (for trips to the doctor’s office), at Nana’s house…”
My Nikon 50mm f/1.4G lens. “Like most moms, I love taking pictures of my kid. With this fancy lens, I can get those super-close, tack-sharp shots that the grandparents die for.”
Subscribe to the Stroller Traffic newsletter at strollertraffic.com and be sure to follow Tara on Twitter @StrollerTraffic and on Facebook at facebook.com/strollertraffic.

When StyleBakeryMom.com launched earlier this year, I was immediately a fan. Jennifer Davidson is the editor over there and like me, she loves shopping. In addition to hunting down great finds for moms and their children, Jen has two 2-year-old twin boys so she definitely has her hands full. She took some time to chat with us about what she can’t live without and we’re sharing her personal mommy finds with you.

The Scramble.com: “I signed up for this online weekly menu planner a few months ago and it has completely revolutionized dinnertime. I no longer stare into my refrigerator wondering what to make now that I get 5 recipes emailed to me every week. The recipes are earth-friendly, healthy and kid-tested–and most take only 30 minutes to prepare, including side dishes. I print out a shopping list and shop once a week for everything I need to cook 5 dinners. It feels great knowing my family is eating a healthy home-cooked meal every night, and I don’t have to stress about it.”

iPad: “Sure, I bought it for me, but I had no idea how much my kids would love it! There is an amazing selection of fun, interactive and educational games and books for preschoolers. It’s a great way to keep them occupied and entertained. Plus, my kids are too young to use a mouse, so it’s the perfect way to introduce them to using a computer.”

Lands’ End totes: “We use these totes for everything! They’re perfect for storing toys, toting beach supplies, grocery shopping or packing for a weekend away. You can even monogram them so your kids know which bag belongs to them.”

Clinique All About Eyes Serum De-Puffing Eye Massage: “I almost never get enough sleep, but I hate looking tired. This cooling rollerball refreshes puffy eyes instantly and helps massage away bags. It feels great every time I use it.”

Keurig Home Brewing System: “The Keurig home brewing system gives me the perfect fresh cup of coffee every morning, without having to deal with messy grinds or stale coffee. Plus, my kids love to pop the K-cup in and watch the coffee come out.”
Be sure to check out StyleBakeryMom.com more great daily finds.

There’s something so cool about Liv Tyler, so this week we’re taking style cues from the hip mom.
Here, she was snapped with her son, Milo, strolling in New York City. We love her trendy nautical striped top and her wide leg jeans are a silhouette any mom can pull off. Whether you’re headed to a school meeting or a playdate, here’s what you need to recreate Liv’s look.
Splurge on Liv’s exact tee–it’s the A.l.c Classic Pocket tee ($124).
Pair your tee with this casual patch pocket jeans ($13). They more than make up for the price of the top.
Carry this luxuriously soft cotton/cashmere cardigan ($80) on cooler days.
