Jenn and her son were snapped leaving a doctor’s appointment in L.A. late last month and it looks like the paps caught her right before she tried to cover up Samuel’s face with that blanket. And good thing, cause who wouldn’t want to see that sweet face?

Um, those aren’t her real lips. They are injected. Do a little googling and see the before and after shots of her from her younger years in Hollywood. He does look like her, but those are probably Ben’s lips. Jen’s were never that big.
