We’re sending a huge congrats out to new parents Bill and Giuliana Rancic on the birth of their baby boy. The couple’s son, Edward Duke Rancic, was born via gestational surrogate in Denver, Colorado last night.
New dad Bill tweeted the good news this morning, adding that “The Duke” weighed in at 7 pounds 4 ounces.
