Shopping the Web all day is hard work. Searching for the best finds for moms and kids is fun, but we see a lot of stuff we want to buy for our families. We’re real people, though, with real budgets, so sadly we can’t actually afford to buy everything we see.
Moms can wish, though, right? That’s why we decided to start the wish list feature. Every so often, one of us moms from the the MomFinds.com team will reveal one thing we’re coveting. Then you can help us decide if it we should go ahead and buy it or get over it.
I’m kicking things off with this absolutely adorable pair of Robeez:
Everyone knows how great Robeez are for children’s feet, but I’ve got to be honest: $30 is a lot for me to spend on shoes for my 20-month-old. It’s no secret that I’ve been known to buy my daughter shoes from Payless, where I could get two pairs of shoes for the price of one pair of Robeez. It’s also worth noting, my daughter has at least 10 pairs of shoes, many of which are pink and many of which are also mary janes. She doesn’t actually need these Robeez, but if she had them she’d definitely wear them.
So I’m torn: do I buy her shoes she can use, but doesn’t actually need, or do I just wait for them to go on sale or for her to outgrow the shoes she already has? Share your advice in the comments.
