Christina Applegate recently complained to Jimmy Kimmel about her morning sickness being really awful. If you’re in the same nauseating boat as the actress, give these drug-free products a shot—they totally worked for me when I was pregnant with #2.

Psi Bands for Bad Morning SicknessPsi Bands ($15): What looks like a cute watch band is actually an FDA-approved acupressure wristband. Wear them as needed, and when you’re feeling especially nauseous, just turn the dial to increase the pressure. Not so nauseous? Turn the dial the other way.
Preggie Pops All Natural Morning Sickness Drops

Keep a couple of Preggie Pops ($6) in your bag and a few stashed away in your car to combat nausea on the go. They’re little cough drop-like suckers that are  made with natural ingredients and they taste good.  The Green Apple flavor is crazy yummy.
