Amidst all the other celebrity-designed clothing collections, gymnast Nastia Lukin quietly launched a line of girl’s clothing with JCPenney. There’s lots of tulle and metallic foil, which isn’t exactly my style, but I can see little girls loving it.
What I am loving is the dress above. The faux necklace is a total rockstar touch, but the ruffled skirt makes it super girly. Pair it with leggings and you’ve got a no-fail 1st day back to school outfit. Best of all, it’s just $32.
