A few weeks back, we lamented how unfortunately expensive (and colorful) the Lelli Kelly shoes were. We’re talking $70 for a pair of shoes for a baby girl! Since then, I’ve been on a mission to find the shoes on sale because even though I wouldn’t wear them, I think they are kind of fun and cool for little girls. And if you’re a mom who’s daughter is dying for a pair, it breaks my heart that you’d have to spend so much on one pair of shoes.
This weekend I paid a visit to my local Marshall’s and there, I saw a pair of Lelli Kelly shoes for $27. This prompted me to check out 6pm.com, which is basically like an online version of Marshall’s–designer brands for less. And yes, they too have Lelli Kelly shoes for less! Styles that normally retail for $75 are $60 and the slippers which are normally almost $20 are $10. The markdowns aren’t major, but it’s definitely much better than paying full price.

My twin daughters watch the commercials and ask for Lelli Kellys all the time, but I just can’t justify spending $50 or more on shoes for little feet that are certain to grow out of them. I don’t even think I’ve spent more than $20 on a pair of shoes for myself since having children. Cute shoes… but we’re on a budget.
