I will soon be transitioning my daughter to a toddler bed, but I am a bit stumped. Moving from the crib–or my bed, if I’m honest–to her own big girl bed is no small accomplishment. So to make the transition as easy and exciting as possible for her, I’ve been considering splurging on a really fun toddler bed. I’ve been eyeing this toddler bed by P’Kolino because it looks great, is safe and converts to a chair.
Problem is, it’s $210, which is pretty pricey for a bed she’ll outgrow in a few years. The fact that I’ll still be able to use it as a chair once she is too heavy for the bed is a big selling point, but what do you think? Is it worth splurging on a toddler bed, even though you’ll have to buy another new bed down the road?
