Earlier this week I got a great new pair of jeggings that I am obsessed with. I shared them yesterday, but it occurred to me I wasn’t showing moms-to-be any love. So I’m making up for it today with these J Brand maternity denim leggings. They’re the same jeggings I got (and love) except they’re for expectant moms.
Now you’ll notice there isn’t a gigantic belly panel, which is nice. Who wants to walk around with a giant swath of stretchy fabric tucked under their bra? What’s also great is that these denim leggings are made with super lightweight denim that has lots of stretch. You get the fitted legging-look without feeling like your legs are cased in sausages.
Now, a word about the price. I know they’re expensive, but once you feel how comfortable they are and how surprisingly flattering they are, you’ll be wearing them at least twice week, if not more. They’ll be so worth the investment come your third trimester when noting else fits. Just throw these on with one of dad’s tees and you’ll look way more put together than if you were wearing just plain black knit leggings.
