When I was pregnant, I always knew I’d go back to work, which made choosing the right bottles for my daughter a top priority for me. If I wasn’t there to nurse her myself, she’d get the next best thing with a top of the line baby bottle. I did a fair amount of research and polling of other moms I knew before deciding on BornFree baby bottles. Sure, they are one of the more expensive brands on the market, but I was impressed with their venting system and the fact that they were one of the first brands to offer BPA-free bottles. Plus, the only negative I’d heard about them was that they were a pain to clean, which didn’t really phase me. So I dropped the $50 on the BornFree starter set and didn’t look back. My daughter took to them just fine and never had a problem with gas. But as I’ve come to meet more moms, I’ve heard quite a few rave about the Gerber Clearview Nursers. Like BornFree, they’re BPA-free, but unlike BornFree they’re a heck of a lot more affordable. So I’ve been wondering, were the BornFree baby bottles really worth it? What baby bottles did you choose? Do you have any regrets?
