Best not to be coy when your husband asks you what you want for any given holiday. And as I just had another baby this year, I feel I’m twice as worthy this Mother’s Day. In that spirit, here are items at the top of my wish list.
First of all, I would love uninterrupted pampering time. A warm bath, a glass of wine, and preferably the latest copy of Us Weekly. Lastly, I could do a lot of damage with the Mother’s Day gift box from Brooklyn bakery, Whimsy & Spice ($26). Just thinking about this makes my mouth water. Included are honey lavender and brown sugar gingerspice shortbread cookies, chocolate gingersnaps, an espresso dulce de leche brownie, earl gray sandwich cookies and lemongrass marshmallows.
