What: First Years Folding Double Bedrail
Why: This bed rail wasn’t the easiest thing to assemble—even for my husband and I who are self-proclaimed “experts” at assembling everything from baby gear to IKEA furniture. But if you’re not in a rush, the end product, which is what ultimately matters, is worth the effort. The rail is very secure, hugging the mattress tightly so it doesn’t wobble—even when the little guy in the bed kicks and turns in the middle of the night. It also folds down in a snap, making it easy for you to change the sheets or climb into bed for a bedtime story.
